Sleepy Time Diffuser Blend

A mix of lavender, sweet orange, mandarin, Roman chamomile and frankincense.

This blend is a gentle mixture of floral and sweet aromas. It contains essential oils that contain relaxing properties to help calm and balance the nervous system, quiet the mind, and help you fall asleep with ease. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Benefits: very calming to the nervous system and mind; helps with insomnia; very comforting; can help relieve anxiety, depression and stress.

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil.
