Immune Boosting Diffuser Blend

A mix of lemon, bergamot, thyme, basil, rosemary, juniper berry, and nutmeg essential oils.

This blend has an aroma that is fresh and herbaceous with a hint of spice. All essential oils have antibacterial properties to some degree, but these oils have particularly powerful antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial and immune boosting properties. And on top of all that, this blend also smells amazing! Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal. 

Benefits: Antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial; improves concentration; can relieve muscle aches and chest congestion.

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil.
