I Am Rested Aromatherapy Roller Blend

A mix of lavender, mandarin, sweet orange, Roman chamomile and frankincense diluted in avocado and jojoba carrier oil.

These essential oils were selected for their gentle and calming properties. With a sweet and floral aroma, the blend can help calm the mind and nervous system so that you are able to fall asleep with ease. This blend is also already diluted so you can roll it directly onto your skin and makes a lovely natural perfume. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Directions: Apply the blend to your inner wrists and over your sternum or to the bottoms of your feet to help relieve symptoms of anxiety and stress and to help you fall asleep with ease. Can apply up to three times a day.

Precautions: Not intended for ingestion or internal use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of allergies, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Avoid using it around babies under the age of six months old.
