I Am Grounded Aromatherapy Roller Blend

A mixture of Scots Pine, cypress, Black Spruce, juniper berry, cedarwood, and sweet orange diluted in apricot kernel carrier oil.

This blend brings the aromas and therapeutic properties of the forest with you wherever you go. A mixture of various beautiful trees, it has an earthy scent with a hint of sweet and is incredibly grounding and comforting. It is also incredibly supportive for the adrenal glands. This blend is perfect to use with kids who are suffering with cold/flu or sinus pain, as it’s more gentle and safe to use with young children. This blend is diluted in avocado oil and jojoba, so it's safe to roll directly onto your skin and makes a lovely natural roll-on perfume. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Directions: Apply the blend to your wrists, behind your ears and your temples to help ground you during meditation. You can also apply the blend to the chest and neck to help with congestion in children. Can apply up to three times a day.
