I Am Focused Diffuser Blend

A mixture of lemon, pink grapefruit, peppermint, rosemary, and patchouli.

This blend is earthy with a hint of mint and citrus and helps keep you focused and present. Perfect to use when working, studying, working on a creative hobby or meditation. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal! 

Benefits: Incredibly grounding; improves concentration; keeps you focused and present; cleanses negative energy; helps with processing negative emotions such as grief and depression; excellent for helping to connect with your higher self and spirituality.

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil.
