Uplifting Diffuser Blend

A mix of grapefruit, lime, lemon, peppermint, spearmint and cedarwood.

This blend is a fun, fresh, and stimulating mixture of citrus and mint aromas to wake you up and lift your spirits. The perfect morning or midday pick-me-up. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Benefits: Boosts mood and spirits; boosts energy; improves concentration; relieves headaches; great for relieving nausea.

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil.

Precautions: Not intended for ingestion or internal use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical care in case of an allergic reaction. Do not use it with children under six years of age. Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding. Some citrus oils are phototoxic. Do not apply to exposed skin before going outside in the daylight.
