Spiritual Awakening Diffuser Blend

A mix of lime, juniper berry, cypress, rosemary, frankincense and cedarwood.

Each oil in this blend was picked for the spiritual significance it carries in various cultures around the world. It has an aroma that is earthy and herbaceous with a hint of sweet, blended with the intention to ground you and keep you present. Perfect to use during meditation or other spiritual practices. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Benefits: incredibly grounding; improves concentration; cleanses negative energy; can help with processing negative emotions such as grief and depression; excellent for helping to connect with your higher self and spirituality.

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil.
