I Am Refreshed Aromatherapy Roller Blend

A mix of spearmint, peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, basil and frankincense, diluted in apricot kernel carrier oil.

Blended with oils that have a beautiful affinity for the respiratory system, this blend has an aroma that is very fresh, bright and minty. It's great for relieving congestion, sinus pain and headaches. This blend is also very energizing to the mind and uplifting to the emotions and diluted in apricot kernel oil so it's safe to roll directly onto your skin. Infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal. 

Directions: Apply the blend to your inner wrists and temples to help with headaches or over the chest and throat to help relieve congestion. Can apply up to 3 times a day.
