I Am Balanced Aromatherapy Roller Blend

A mixture of clary sage, Roman chamomile, lavender, and neroli diluted in avocado and jojoba carrier oil.

These essential oils were selected for their excellent ability for balancing the endocrine system and relieving pain and discomfort caused from menstrual cramps and other PMS related symptoms. With a sweet and floral aroma, these essential oils are powerful at easing pain, calming the nervous system, and balancing hormones. This blend also makes a lovely natural roll-on perfume.

Directions: Apply the blend to your lower belly area and/or back to feel relief from cramps and other PMS symptoms. You can also apply to your inner wrists to use via inhalation as well. Can apply up to three times a day.
